Introducing the 2015MY Soul EV Smartphone App!

The 2015 Soul EV has its own unique smartphone app, tailored specifically for the unique features offered on this vehicle. The Soul EV is the first vehicle in the Kia line that allows remote commands to be triggered from the smartphone and MyUVO.com portal. EV Services App features include:

• Remote commands: Lock or unlock your car, start or stop the climate control, or start or stop a charge.
• Vehicle Status: View real time information about your vehicle’s battery, range, door locks, and climate control.
• Reservation: Schedule when your vehicle should charge and when your climate control should run.
• Parking Minder: Save the location where the vehicle parked and navigate to it later, or send the location to a friend.
• Find Charging Stations: View a map of the charging stations in your area.
• Roadside Assist: Contact Kia Roadside Assistance Program with just one click.
• Dealer Appointments: Request service appointments at EV certified dealers.

 

How do you find out which app you need? Simple: if you have a 2015MY Soul EV, you need the “UVO EV Services” app (Green icon). For any other UVO eServices enabled vehicle, you need the “UVO eServices” app (Red icon).
